• A 45-minute initial meeting to learn about you and your goals.
• A tailored plan with concrete suggestions for your family to implement at home.
• 1-hour, 1 -on – 1 session to being implementing changes.
• 3 weekly check-ins to help you reflect and evaluate how your changes are impacting your family
